Sunsure Energy Private Limited has reportedly secured Rs 2.26 billion in long-term debt financing from Tata Capital to support its portfolio of open-access solar projects in Uttar Pradesh. These projects, with a combined operational capacity of 75 MWp, are financed through five special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and are strategically distributed across the state.
The solar projects are already supplying clean energy to several prominent industrial consumers, contributing to a greener energy future by offsetting approximately 80,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide annually.
