Runergy launches solar module manufacturing facility in US
Runergy has started production at its advanced solar module manufacturing facility in Huntsville, Alabama, marking its entry into the North American market. The facility, with an annual production capacity of 2 GW, is set to deliver its first customer orders in October, providing cutting-edge solar solutions.
Positioned to become a major hub for solar manufacturing in the US, the facility strengthens Runergy’s presence in the global solar industry. The launch event featured a ceremonial signing of the first solar module. Runergy, a global solar technology leader, reached 63 GW in cell capacity and 11 GW in module capacity by the end of 2023. The company operates production bases in China, Thailand, and other regions, integrating the solar value chain.
