Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) received the Letter of Intent (LoI) for two Interstate Transmission System (ISTS) projects under the Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) route on January 6, 2025.
These projects are on a Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer (BOOT) basis:
The projects are expected to be completed in 24 months. REC Power Distribution Company Limited (REC PDCL) was appointed as the bid process coordinator (BPC).
