PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) has incorporated two special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for the development of transmission projects in Maharashtra. The SPVs were established on March 21, 2025, to facilitate network expansion for renewable energy evacuation and power supply to data centers.

SPVs incorporated:

  • NES Dharashiv Transmission Limited – For the Network Expansion scheme in Maharashtra for evacuation of renewable energy power from Dharashiv, Beed District.

  • NES Navi Mumbai Transmission Limited – For the Network Expansion scheme in Maharashtra to provide supply to data center loads in Navi Mumbai.

Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (MSETCL) has appointed PFCCL as the bid process coordinator (BPC) for selecting a transmission service provider (TSP) through the tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) process.
