PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) has incorporated two special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for the development of transmission projects in Maharashtra. The SPVs were established on March 21, 2025, to facilitate network expansion for renewable energy evacuation and power supply to data centers.
Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (MSETCL) has appointed PFCCL as the bid process coordinator (BPC) for selecting a transmission service provider (TSP) through the tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) process.
