MAHAPREIT issues tender for 30 MW rooftop solar systems in Goa

Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology (MAHAPREIT) has launched a tender for the installation of 30 MW of distributed grid-connected rooftop solar systems on government buildings in Goa. 

The project scope includes design, supply, installation, commissioning, and five years of maintenance. The bid submission deadline is set for November 4, 2024, with a non-refundable fee of Rs 10,000 plus 18 per cent GST.

Previously, in October 2024, MAHAPREIT floated a tender for 3.2 MW of distributed solar power for Chandrapur Zilla Parishad in Maharashtra. The project, valued at Rs 23.01 million, will supply the generated power to the region.

TP Parivart has signed a Power Delivery Agreement (PDA) with Tata Steel for a 70 MW group captive solar power plant in Akola, Maharashtra.
