KEC International Limited, part of the RPG Group, has secured new contracts worth Rs 3,243 crore in its transmission and distribution segment.
The projects include construction of 400 kV transmission lines in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and supply of towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas.
With these awards, the company’s year-to-date order intake stands at about Rs 11,700 crore.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Vimal Kejriwal said the UAE contract is the company’s largest engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) order to date. He added that the Middle East remains a key market, supported by multiple orders received this year.
