Adani Power Limited (APL) completed the acquisition of Lanco Amarkantak Power Limited (LAPL) for the Pathadi Thermal Power Project (TPP) phase II. The acquisition includes LAPL’s existing 2×300 MW (600 MW) operational TPP in Korba district, Chhattisgarh, and the development of an additional 2×660 MW (1,320 MW) TPP capacity under phase II expansion.
