Uttarakhand approves geothermal energy policy to tap Himalayan hot springs

Servotech secures Rs 302 million rooftop solar project in Uttarakhand

Servotech Power Systems has won a 5.6 MW on-grid rooftop solar power plant order worth Rs 302 million from the Uttarakhand New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UREDA).  The company will oversee the design, supply, installation, net metering, testing, and commissioning of the solar plants. THDC India Limited synchronised Unit I of the Tehri Pumped Storage Plant Project with the National Grid on November 19, 2024.  Furthermore, the coal firing was also achieved within a few hours of oil synchronisation.
