ONGC Green to acquire 288.8 MW of wind power assets from PTC India

ONGC Green Energy Limited (OGL), a subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), has signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with PTC India Limited to acquire its 288.8 MW operational wind power projects.
