Vedanta Aluminium launches high-conductivity products

Vedanta Aluminium unveiled two new products tailored for the power and transmission industry at PowerEdge 2024. The first, AL59 Ingot, offers superior electrical conductivity, ideal for remelting, while the second, an EC-grade Wire Rod, is designed for winding strip applications, providing a balance of strength, conductivity, and workability. Both products are precision-engineered for use in transformer and motor winding applications.

With a wire rod production capacity of 650 kilotonnes, Vedanta Aluminium is the largest producer globally (excluding China), offering top-quality wire rods manufactured using advanced technologies.

Vedanta also showcased its Restora and Restora Ultra ranges, produced with renewable energy and recycled aluminium.
