Waaree Energies bags 739 MW solar module supply order

Waaree Energies Limited has secured an order to supply 739.71 MW of solar modules from a leading renewable energy solutions provider. The company said the domestic order will be executed over FY 2026-27 and FY 2027-28.

The contract has been awarded as a one-time supply order. Waaree Energies has not disclosed the financial value of the contract or the name of the customer.

According to the company, the transaction does not involve any related party arrangements, and neither its promoter, promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the order.

Waaree Energies reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 7,931.79 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, an increase of 79.22% year-on-year. Operating Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) rose 44.38% to Rs 1,439.92 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) increased 15.39% to Rs 891.87 crore compared with the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
