Advait Energy wins Rs 27.74 crore PTCUL transmission order

Advait Energy Transitions Limited (formerly Advait Infratech Limited) has secured a domestic order worth about Rs 27.74 crore from Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited (PTCUL). The company received the order on April 20, 2026, in the normal course of business.
The contract involves replacing the existing ACSR Panther conductor with High Temperature Low Sag (HTLS) conductor on the 132 kV Rishikesh – T Point – Chilla – Bhupatwala transmission line. The project is scheduled for completion within 10 months.
The total consideration stands at Rs 27,73,95,115.54, inclusive of taxes. The company confirmed that the order is not a related party transaction and that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.
The development follows the company’s earlier disclosure on January 9, 2026, regarding participation in the tender process, and adds to its portfolio in the power transmission infrastructure segment.
