Ceigall Green Energy MP Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceigall India Limited, has executed 15 power purchase agreements (PPAs) with Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited (MPPMCL) for a total solar capacity of 130 MW. The agreements were signed on April 1, 2026, under the Surya Mitra Krishi Feeder Yojana.
The scheme aims to supply dedicated daytime solar power to agricultural consumers through separate feeders, reducing dependence on the grid for farm usage. Under the PPAs, Ceigall Green Energy MP will develop, operate, and maintain solar photovoltaic projects for 25 years at a fixed tariff of Rs 2.85 per unit.
The project involves an estimated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) cost of Rs 572 crore, including GST. Construction is scheduled for completion within 12 months, followed by a 25-year operational period. The arrangement is domestic in nature and does not involve any related-party transactions.
