ACME Solar Holdings Limited has announced that its subsidiary, ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited, has received certification for the commissioning of a 4 MW segment of its wind power project in Gujarat. The Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) issued the certificate on March 9, 2026.

In a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges, the company stated that the commissioned capacity is located in Garambhadi village in Sayla Taluka of Surendranagar district. The 4 MW installation is part of a larger 100 MW wind power project being developed by the subsidiary in the state.

The disclosure follows an earlier update submitted to the stock exchanges on February 7, 2026, regarding the progress of the project. The certification from the state nodal agency confirms that this portion of the project has been formally commissioned.

Earlier, the company had also reported that its subsidiary received a commissioning certificate from GEDA for 16 MW of a wind power project in Gujarat on January 31, 2026.
