KPI Green Energy secures UAE hybrid project and Adani Khavda orders

KPI Green Energy Limited announced on February 10, 2026 that it has received two new orders, covering an international hybrid solar-storage project in the United Arab Emirates and additional domestic works for the Khavda Hybrid Renewable Power Project in Gujarat.

The international order has been secured by the company’s subsidiary, Sun Drops Energia Limited, from FVE Lifecare General Trading LLC. The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of a 33 kWp solar power system integrated with a 573 kWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) for a containerised data centre facility in the UAE.

In India, KPI Green Energy has received new service orders and a purchase order from Adani Group entities, Adani Green Energy Six Limited and Adani Green Energy Limited. The work relates to electrical and civil activities, including equipment supply, for a 300 MWac / 405 MWdc portion of the Khavda Hybrid Renewable Power Project in Gujarat. With this award, KPI Green’s cumulative order book from Adani for the Khavda projects has reached 834 MWac / 1,131 MWdc.

The disclosures were made to the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India in line with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Regulations. The company said execution timelines will be as per the respective orders.
