On February 6, 2026, ACME Solar disclosed that it had secured a 301 MW/1,204 MWh assured peak supply project in an e-reverse auction conducted by the Solar Energy Corporation of India under its Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy Phase VII (FDRE-VII) tender.

The company said the award increases its total contracted portfolio to 8,071 MW spanning solar, wind, storage, hybrid, firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE), and round-the-clock (RTC) solutions. Under the project, ACME Solar will supply 4 MWh per MW of contracted capacity for four identified hours each day during non-solar periods, in line with prescribed monthly and annual availability criteria. The company plans to meet these obligations by integrating solar generation with battery energy storage system (BESS) technology, supported by existing night-time connectivity infrastructure. A formal Letter of Award is expected shortly.

In a separate regulatory filing dated February 7, 2026, ACME Solar provided an update on its subsidiary, ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited. The subsidiary has commissioned an additional 4 MW of its 100 MW wind power project at Titoda in Gujarat.

The commissioning was verified by officials from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited, with a formal commissioning certificate expected in due course. With this addition, the cumulative commissioned capacity of the Titoda wind project has reached 76 MW, as part of an ongoing phased commissioning process previously disclosed to the exchanges.
