Advait Energy signs hydrogen MoUs, wins Power Grid crane order

On February 7, 2026, Advait Energy Transitions Limited informed exchanges that its subsidiary, Advait Greenergy Private Limited, signed three non-binding Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) during the India Energy Week held from January 27 to 30, 2026.
The MoUs cover separate areas of the green hydrogen value chain. Advait Greenergy partnered with V J Industries to explore hydrogen storage systems. It also entered into an understanding with CENmat for Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) and Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolyser technology linked to green hydrogen projects. In a third MoU with Power to Hydrogen, Inc., Advait Greenergy will work with JESCO as the exclusive representative of P2H2 to assess AEM electrolyser-based green hydrogen opportunities in India.
The company stated that all three MoUs are non-binding. It added that regulatory disclosures will be made only if and when definitive agreements are signed with the respective parties.
Separately, on February 6, 2026, Advait Energy announced that it had been confirmed as the L1 (successful) bidder for a contract from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. The order, valued at Rs 1,96,21,180 inclusive of taxes, involves the procurement of a Centre Tower Crane for the mechanised erection of transmission line towers under a vendor development programme.
