Suzlon posts higher profit on record Q3 wind deliveries

Suzlon Energy Limited reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 445 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, an increase of 14.7% compared with the same period last year. Revenue rose 42% year on year to Rs 4,228 crore, supported by the company’s highest ever quarterly deliveries of 617 MW.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 48% to Rs 739 crore during the quarter. EBITDA margins improved to 17.5% from 16.8% a year earlier. Profit before tax grew 45% to Rs 567 crore, reflecting higher execution volumes, operating leverage, and cost discipline.
Suzlon said its order book stood at a record 6.4 GW as of December 31, 2025, despite the strong quarterly deliveries. The company currently has 2.4 GW of projects under execution and a long term project development pipeline of more than 25 GW, which management described as providing clear growth visibility.
Commenting on the performance, Vice Chairman Girish Tanti said the company is progressing under its “Suzlon 2.0” strategy, aimed at building a full stack clean energy solutions business across wind, solar, storage, and emerging technologies. Chief Executive Officer JP Chalasani said the expanding order book and pipeline indicate sustained market demand and effective execution.
For the nine month period of FY26, Suzlon reported revenue of Rs 11,211 crore, up 58% year on year. EBITDA for the period increased 77% to Rs 2,058 crore. Total deliveries during the first three quarters reached 1,625 MW, an increase of 66% over the same period last year. The company ended the quarter with a net cash position of Rs 1,556 crore.
