LNK Energy has been launched as an integrated clean energy platform with an investment commitment of Rs 10,000 crore over the next five years. The company was introduced by its co-founders on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2026.
The company has been founded by Paritosh Ladhani, Kushagra Nandan, and Varun Karad. LNK Energy said its strategy will focus on three areas. These include advanced manufacturing, green fuels, and renewable energy generation. The company aims to support India’s long-term energy security and industrial decarbonisation goals.
LNK Energy’s first project is a 6 GW integrated solar manufacturing facility covering ingots, wafers, cells, and modules. The plant will be set up in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra. The company has executed an agreement with the Government of Maharashtra for the project. The facility will be developed on 60 acres of land.
After establishing its manufacturing operations, the company plans to expand into energy storage components and green hydrogen production. It also intends to build a renewable energy generation portfolio through independent power production and hybrid open access models. The founders stated that LNK Energy is being developed as a long term platform with a focus on scale, technology, and disciplined execution.
