KEC International appoints Somraj Roy as CHRO

KEC International Limited (KEC) has announced the appointment of Mr. Somraj Roy as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective January 15, 2026.

The company disclosed the appointment through a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges. In his new role, Mr. Roy will be part of the Senior Management Personnel at KEC.

Mr. Somraj Roy brings over 30 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering and organisational transformation. He rejoins KEC from CEAT Limited, where he previously served as CHRO.

His earlier professional experience includes senior roles at Reliance Industries Limited and Larsen & Toubro Limited. Across these roles, his work has covered business growth support, organisational development, talent management, and change leadership.
