ACME commissions 112.5 MW solar power in Bikaner

ACME Sikar Solar Private Limited, a subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings, commissioned 112.5 MW under Phase-II of its 300 MW solar project in Bikaner, Rajasthan on May 19, 2025. With this, the cumulative commissioned capacity at the site stands at 165 MW.
The project, financed by Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC), is spread over around 1,300 acres. Power from the plant will be sold on power exchanges at Rs 3.05 per kWh on a merchant basis, with allocation driven by optimal commercial utilisation.
ACME Solar Holdings reported strong growth in the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY 2024–25. Revenue rose 69.5 per cent year-on-year to Rs 5.39 billion, up from Rs 3.18 billion in the same period the previous year.
EBITDA for Q4 reached Rs 4.88 billion, growing 118.3 per cent year-on-year. The EBITDA margin stood at 90.5 per cent. Profit after tax (PAT) rose to Rs 1.22 billion. Cash PAT for the quarter stood at Rs 2.38 billion.
For the full financial year, ACME Solar’s consolidated revenue grew 7.4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 15.75 billion.
