Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has formed a wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Green Energy Sixty Eight Limited (AGE68L), under its subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Holding Nine Limited.
AGE68L will focus on power generation, development, distribution, and supply from wind, solar, and other renewable energy sources.
Incorporated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, AGE68L has an authorised and paid-up capital of Rs 100,000, with Adani Renewable Energy Holding Nine Limited holding 100% of its share capital. The subsidiary has not yet started operations.
