NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited, signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) for 1,000 MW of solar power. JSW Renew Energy Three Limited, a step-down subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited (JSWEL), signed a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited (AEML) on June 5, 2025.
