Assam Cabinet approves Clean Energy Policy

The Assam Cabinet has approved the Assam Integrated Clean Energy Policy, 2025, aiming to establish the state as a renewable energy hub. The policy promotes solar, wind, mini and small hydro projects, pumped storage solutions, battery energy storage systems, green hydrogen, biofuel, and electric vehicle infrastructure. Karnataka signs MoU with Paschim Renewables for 30 MW solar project

TKIL Industries Private Limited has secured the lowest bidder (L1) position by quoting Rs 619.9 million for the stacker cum reclaimer package at the 2×800 MW Koderma Thermal Power Expansion Project.
